Persons

Peter Köstel


Craftsman, Engineer and Marketing Executive - Those positions led Peter, born 1962, his way into business. Early on, he made it his mission to be an above-average performer and his thesis (Diplomarbeit) was award-winning (best thesis in Engineering in the federal state of Berlin). He joined “Geberit“, a German industrial company, and became youngest the youngest department head in company history within two years. He transferred to Velta (UPONOR), became head of marketing, and decided to form an own business. In 2001, Peter founded his own strategy consultancy. From then on, Peter consulted companies open to change, such as, e-on, Vaillant, Grohe, UPONOR, Geberit, Vattenfall
Richter+Frenzel, Fränkische and many more. “Touching people“ has become Peter’s motto in life. Business-wise, he realizes this motto by developing high-quality haptic training tools, which visualize real-life issues of both companies and individuals. Those so-called “marketing-pur TRAINING-TOOLS“ are currently at the heart of Peter’s consultancy. Peter seeks to identify room for improvement for his clients and assists in developing and driving the according change management. Peter lives nearby Kiel in his stepfamily.
