SysTeamsChange©

SysTeamsChange lends itself ideally to trainings for change agents and to prepare executives for, or employees affected by, change processes. The computer-based board game simulates an enter- prise in transition, a change that has to be coped with by the organisation itself as well as by its em- ployees and business partners. Seminar participants design and structure this change process. They take individual stakeholder groups from initial shock through insight to full internalisation of the change. They plan and implement measures under budget constraints, taking into consideration group dynamics within the simulated organisation. In this way participants develop the competences necessary to steer and manage change processes. We are able to offer a wide range of client solutions and to tailor the simulation game to your individual needs. In the seminar participants learn about the theory of change management and then put it to the test in the simulation game. Our change management con- sulting prepares executives for future steps and helps them to understand processes and critical situations. Well-known companies and universities currently use both versions of SysTeamsChange.

SysTeamsBusiness©

SysTeamsBusiness is a board game that simulates a company from procurement of raw material to the sale of finished products, including financing. By simulating a market with competing goods manufac- turers the game is the basis for challenging and motivating learning experiences. Participants be- come entrepreneurs and manage a company by making decisions, by jointly planning and reviewing processes and presenting their results. In the course of the seminar they learn about strategic planning, development and execution of operational planning, decisions and negotiations in a company’s opera- tional areas (e.g. production planning, calculation, sales). SysTeamsBusiness is ideal for employees without or with only limited knowledge in business administration (e.g. engineers, lawyers) as it imparts the principles of strategic planning and business economics such as cost accounting and balancing of accounts in a hands-on way. We are able to offer a wide range of client solutions and to tailor the simu- lation game to your individual needs. The simulation may be used in development programmes for exec- utives and junior managers, for team building in working groups or for provide specialists with basic business-management knowledge.

SysTeamsProject©

SysTeamsProject lends itself ideally to impart the principles of project and team management. Partici- pants build new slides for a leisure park, symbolised in the simulation game by a ball path. The simulation game is particularly useful in the basic and advanced training of employees that should develop an under- standing of project-oriented thinking and tools in project management (managers, consultants). Sys- TeamsProject teaches professional expertise and practical skills in project management. It is based on common theories, tools and methods such as time planning and resource scheduling, risk analysis, pro- ject calculation and controlling. When implementing and steering the project, participants must lead pro- ject teams and apply problem-solving skills. We are able to offer a wide range of client solutions and to tailor the simulation game to your individual needs. In the seminar participants get acquainted with the theory and rules of project management and then put it to the test in the simulation game. The playful elements also make SysTeamsProject suitable for team building workshops. When the simulation game is used for the kick-off and/or to accompany an actual project, contents and sequence of activi- ties of the real project are jointly determined and reflected upon in the transfer phase of the simula- tion game so that the persons in charge are pre- pared for future steps and get a grasp of processes and critical situations.

SysTeamsRybi©

The SysTeamsRybi simulation game allows you to translate business ideas into business plans in eight steps. Ideas and innovations are professionally structured, standardised and assessed. They are presented in a way that attracts top management attention and makes them realisable. With Sys- TeamsRybi participants can formulate and present ideas on how to organise, design or revamp their company’s business operations and refine them in a structured process into a business plan. The simula- tion game is suitable for new business develop- ment, for start-ups, restructurings and successor establishment. Competing with each other the teams also work highly motivated on business- management subjects. We are able to offer a wide range of client solutions and to tailor the simulation game to your individual needs. Our innovation con- sulting prepares executives for future steps and helps them develop an understanding for the pro- cess and critical situations. In the seminar partici- pants get acquainted with the basic theories of in- novation and new business development and then put it to the test in the simulation game.
